Account and data deletion

Updated October 19, 2026

How to delete a tour or your whole account in the Wanderspace app (com.wanderspace.app, developer — Sofiia Brahar), what gets deleted, what stays and for how long.

How to delete

1

A tour

Open the tour in the app → trash icon → Delete (Видалити). The tour link stops working immediately. You can delete a single version of a tour (except the active one) in its version list.

2

Your whole account

Profile (Профіль) → Delete my data (Видалити мої дані) → Delete everything (Видалити все). We delete your account, all your tours and their links. After that the server no longer accepts requests from this account; you can sign in again, but it will be a new account — without the old tours and minutes.

3

Without the app — by email

Email support@wanderspace.app from the address of the Google account you signed in to Wanderspace with, subject "Delete account" (or "Delete tour" with the tour link). We may ask you to confirm the request by replying to our email.

Cancel your subscription first, if you have one: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting your account or the app doesn't cancel it — Google will keep charging you.

If you never signed in with Google, your data on the server is linked only to that installation of the app: delete it in the app before uninstalling. Uninstalling the app doesn't erase data on the server. If you have already uninstalled it, write to us with the tour link and describe when and what you filmed; we'll verify and delete it.

What gets deleted and what stays

We delete

  • your account: its ID, the link to your Google account (its ID and email), your minute balance and history, linked phones, notification tokens;
  • all tours: 3D models, covers, alignment data, versions, short links and viewer IP hashes;
  • all raw captures, including ones never sent for processing: frames, poses, camera parameters and diagnostics;
  • the processing records of your captures.

What stays

  • purchase records — Google Play order number, product, minutes, date and a hash of the purchase token, not linked to your account, captures or tours: for 3 years after the purchase — for tax records, disputes, refunds and fraud prevention;
  • Google Play's own records of your purchases — under Google's rules;
  • app crash logs in Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — not linked to your account: 90 days, then Google deletes them (Privacy Policy, 2.12);
  • the “free trial already used” marker — an irreversible fingerprint (SHA-256) of your Google account's internal ID, without email: indefinitely, so that the free trial can't be claimed again;
  • internal notifications in the service owner's Telegram chat (technical job and tour IDs, shortened ID — no tour names or links) — in the chat history;
  • other people's reports about your tours — up to a year from submission, for moderation (they hold the tour ID, the reason and the report text);
  • an "account deleted" mark without your data — 30 days, so that late requests and Google notifications can't restore the account;
  • anonymous aggregate counters not linked to you — for example, what free processing cost per day.

When you delete a single tour, we delete its files, versions, link, viewer hashes, raw captures and processing records; minutes spent on it are not returned. The app erases the video and frames on your phone itself as soon as it learns that the tour is ready or processing has failed; until then, they are erased when you delete the capture or all your data in the app, or uninstall the app. We can't delete copies other people have already saved (screenshots, link previews in messaging apps).

Timing

  • In the app: the tour and its link stop opening immediately, and the account is marked as deleted at once; the server erases the rest in the background, in batches — within 30 days.
  • By email: within 30 days after you confirm the request; we'll let you know when it's done.
  • Deletion can't be undone. Unused minutes are lost together with the account.
  • You don't need to delete raw captures separately: they are erased automatically 7 days after processing (or after one year if you have bought minutes), and ones never sent for processing — 30 days after the last upload.
