Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and the owner of Wanderspace ("we", "us"): Sofiia Brahar, Ukraine. Wanderspace is the Android app (com.wanderspace.app) and the website wanderspace.app. By using Wanderspace you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don't accept them, don't use the service.
In short
- Wanderspace is for adults (18+); younger people only with the permission and under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
- You pay for processing with minutes of filming; minutes are bought on Google Play.
- If processing fails through our fault, the minutes charged are returned to your balance automatically, within a daily limit (section 4).
- Your captures and tours belong to you; we use them only to make and show your tours.
- Anyone who has a tour's link can view it.
- Don't film other people's homes or people without their consent — the person filming is responsible for that.
Contents
1. What Wanderspace is
Wanderspace turns a phone capture of a space into a photorealistic 3D tour that opens in a browser via a link. Captures are processed on cloud servers. Filming requires an Android phone that supports ARCore.
Results depend on the capture — light, movement, surfaces, the phone. We don't guarantee a particular tour quality or processing time. Free processing waits in the queue behind paid processing, and once the daily free processing limit is used up, it waits until the next day (UTC).
2. Who can use it
Wanderspace is for adults — people aged 18 and over. Younger people may use it only with the permission and under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms and is responsible for purchases. We don't verify age. If you use Wanderspace on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.
3. Account
An account is created automatically when you first launch the app and is tied to that installation on that phone. If you sign in with a Google account, the account is linked to it, and your tours and purchased minutes are available on every phone where you are signed in. Without signing in, the account doesn't move to another phone, and once you uninstall the app or clear its data you can no longer manage your old tours from the app — see Account & data deletion. You are responsible for activity in your account and for access to the phones where you use it. If you suspect someone else has access to your account, write to us.
4. Minutes and payments
- Processing is paid for with minutes of filming. The balance is kept to the second: a processing run is charged the length of the capture, but at least 2 minutes per run — the first tour and each reshoot.
- New users get 3 free minutes, plus 2 more once, when at least three different viewers have opened your tour (distinct IP addresses are counted, including yours). The number of free minutes and the bonus terms may change.
- You buy minute packs and the subscription (if available) on Google Play at the prices Google Play shows before payment. Google Play handles payment, receipts and refunds under its own rules. Minutes are credited as soon as Google confirms the purchase.
- Minutes are a consumable digital item: they can't be exchanged for money or transferred to another account. Minutes don't expire — neither purchased nor free ones (the trial and the sharing bonus); when you delete your account, unused minutes are lost (section 12). When you sign in on a new phone, minutes bought on it move to your account; free minutes don't.
- If processing fails through our fault, the minutes charged for it are returned to your balance automatically — exactly the amount charged. Automatic refunds are limited per account per day (UTC): up to three runs when the failure is clearly ours (the processing server hung, ran out of time, crashed or disappeared) and one when the cause couldn't be determined; beyond that, minutes aren't returned automatically — we review such cases manually, and you can also write to us. Minutes are not returned if processing failed because of the capture itself — it has too few frames, is damaged, or no model of the space could be built from its frames — or if the capture turned out to be longer than the app reported and your balance didn't cover the difference. If a tour was made but you believe its quality was spoiled through our fault, write to us — we'll look into it and may return the minutes.
- Deleting a tour or a version doesn't return the minutes spent on it.
- You can request a refund for a purchase through Google Play under its rules, or write to us. If a purchase is refunded, the minutes it gave are removed from your balance even if some were already used — your balance may then go negative.
- One tour holds up to 15 minutes of filming, including all reshoots. The subscription for large spaces (if available) removes this limit while it is active; processing is still charged in minutes as usual. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it on Google Play and, once cancelled, stays active until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel it.
5. Reshoots and versions
A reshoot adds a new version to a tour and is charged as a separate processing run. A finished version becomes active — the link shows it; you can switch back to an earlier one. You can reshoot while the tour's raw capture is kept (see the Privacy Policy, section 7).
6. Your content
- Your captures, tours and their names belong to you (or to whoever gave you rights to them). We claim no ownership of them.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, copy and process your captures and tours and to show tours to people who open their links — only as far as needed to provide Wanderspace to you: building tours, versions and reshoots, making covers, investigating failures and complaints. The licence lasts until you delete the content, plus the time needed to complete deletion under the Privacy Policy.
- We don't use your captures and tours for advertising and don't publish them unless you choose to.
- You, as the person filming, are responsible for the capture: for having the right to film the premises and share the tour, and for the consent of the people visible in the frames.
7. Tour links
Every tour gets a short link. Anyone with the link can see the tour, its name and its cover (a frame from the capture) — without signing in or the app. Links can be forwarded, so share them only with people who need them and don't post them where strangers shouldn't see the tour. You can close a link or replace it with a new one — the old one stops working immediately; you can also delete the tour. We may block a tour that breaches these terms — its link then stops working.
8. What's not allowed
You must not:
- film someone else's home or other premises without permission from the owner or the people who live or work there;
- film people without their consent, or children without their parents' consent; it's best to film when nobody is in the frame;
- film or share other people's documents, letters or screens showing personal data;
- film where filming is prohibited by law or rules (for example, at restricted facilities);
- upload illegal content, nudity or sexual content, violence or hate speech. Any content that sexualises children is strictly prohibited, and we report such cases to law enforcement;
- infringe copyright, trademarks or other people's privacy;
- use tours for fraud — for example, fake rental or sale listings with someone else's home;
- get around limits and payment (including reinstalling the app to get free minutes again), interfere with the service, send mass automated requests, hack or reverse-engineer the service or the app (except where the law expressly allows it), or resell access.
If you break these rules, we may block the tour and restrict or close your account. Unused minutes are not refunded in that case, unless the law requires otherwise.
9. Complaints
If a tour violates your rights or these terms — for example, it shows your home or you without consent, someone's documents or illegal content — press Report on the tour page or email support@wanderspace.app with the tour link, what is wrong and how to reach you. We'll review the complaint and, if it is justified, block the tour or restrict the account. Copyright complaints are handled the same way.
10. Availability and changes to the service
Wanderspace is evolving: we may change features, limits, the number of free minutes and prices. New prices apply only to future purchases; minutes you have already bought stay on your balance. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to updates or provider outages. If we shut Wanderspace down, we'll announce it in advance in the app and on the website.
11. Liability
Wanderspace is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, or for how other people use a link you shared, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Wanderspace in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These terms don't limit consumer rights or any other rights that the law doesn't allow to be limited. You are responsible for what you film and who you show your tours to.
12. Termination
You can stop using Wanderspace and delete your account at any time (see Account & data deletion): the links to your tours stop working immediately, and the rest of the data is erased within 30 days. Unused minutes are then lost and not refunded, unless Google Play rules or the law require otherwise. We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms or where the law requires it.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection given to you by the law of the country where you live. If a problem arises, write to us first — we'll try to resolve it amicably.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll announce significant changes in advance, in the app or on the website; if you keep using Wanderspace after that, you accept the new version. The effective date is at the top of this page.
