Virtual tours for realtors, filmed on your phone in minutes

Walk through a listing with an Android phone and the cloud builds a 3D tour buyers can explore room by room in their browser. Put the link in the listing or send it in a chat. No 360° camera, no tripod, no separate photographer visit.

How it works

1

Film

Walk slowly through the place with an Android phone. The app shows what's already filmed and tells you when to slow down, turn on a light or go back. A studio or 1–2 rooms takes about 5 minutes of filming, a flat with 2–3 rooms about 10; one tour can be up to 15 minutes.

2

Send

The capture uploads to the cloud on its own — you can close the app, and a dropped connection picks up where it left off. The tour is usually ready in half an hour to a few hours; you'll get a notification.

3

Share

One short link — for a chat, a listing or an email. It opens in the browser on phones and computers, with no app and no sign-up.

Who it's for

Realtors

Buyers from another city or country see the home before a viewing, and you only drive out with people it already suits.

Owners selling on their own

The tour answers “what's the layout like?” and filters out calls from people it won't suit.

Landlords

The same for renting — plus short-term rentals.

Why it helps, and what to know

Why it helps

  • Buyers move around on their own instead of watching your video: the layout, the condition, how the rooms connect.
  • Not a 360° panorama from a few spots: people walk freely, step up to a window, look around a corner.
  • All you need is a phone with ARCore (Android 9 or newer) — nothing to buy or set up.
  • Close the link once the home is sold, or replace it with a new one — the old one stops working at once.
  • Tours are kept out of search engines: only people you give the link to can see the home.

What to know

  • There are no measurements, floor plans or drawings — it's a tour for viewing.
  • Glass, mirrors and glossy surfaces come out worse, and so does the view from the window.
  • Film with the owner's permission and with no people in the frame; put documents away. Fake listings with someone else's home are against the terms.
  • Free processing queues behind paid processing and may wait until the next day.
